April TUSAL

I know I'm late but I have an excuse. DH complained about ort jar being foggy so he tried to wash it and wouldn't yo know it broke. Ha ha he didn't know I had two. But I washed it too so he wouldn't be embarrassed.

As you can see I done a lot of frogging again the month.

TUSAL for March and a finish

Here is March as you can see the frogs have taken up residence in ShayLand. {{sigh}}

This is my first big finish of 2011. It's for my LNS and as soon as I delivered it she gave me another. So it's fingers to the needle.

Thanks for visiting me.
I love your comments thanks for leaving them.

TUSAL for February

My picture is a little crocked but every thing above the white paper is for January. A fairly heave month of frogging. {sigh} And February is starting out the same way. I've been working on

Raise the Roof Designs, Christmasland this week. I thought I would make great progress but a lass not to be. Tuesday was inclement weather so I stayed home but needed to finish organizing my charts and books. Wednesday morning was the same except some time during the night the motor to the heater fan died. DH bought a few parts to tried to fix it but we ended up waiting for the repair man to come at 4:30 pm. By 6:00 pm we had heat. trying to bring the house back to 69 degrees from 53 degrees, when the temp. outside was 12 degrees, was a long process. By Thursday morning it was nice and toasty again just in time to go back to work.
Stitching with gloves and two comforters on just didn't happen. I ended up sleeping until it was supper time. We had soup.. what else.

Thanks for stopping by
Hope you have a blessed day

TUSAL January 4, 2011

This is my start for 2011. I know it's a lot but the frogs have been running rampant through my stitching since New Years Day.

I had to work a lot of over time since Tuesday. I think that I've been tired so that is why I've had so many orts.

Thanks for stopping by.
Please leave a message I really enjoy them

TUSAL & Winter Box & Up for the Challenge

I'm posting from DH's computer because mine is still at the puter Dr. I was careless and acquired a scam program I couldn't get rid of so off he went to someone more qualified to cure him.

I've joined the TUSAL. I must find a new container as my last one is full, full, full. However I'll have a good start by January 4, 2011.

I've finished the top and sides of Winter Box but no pictures as my camera does not interface with DH's computer.

My other commitment for 2011 is " Up for the Challenge" I've picked my 15 UFO?WIP's to finish stitching for 2011. As follows:
  1. Lavender and Lace, Fairy Grandmother, designer: Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum
  2. Victoria Sampler, Winter Box, designer: Thea Dueck
  3. Little House Needleworks, State fair, designer: Diane Williams
  4. Just a Thought, Mary Wigham 1790, Wardrobe, designer: Judy Odell
  5. With My Needle, Mrs. Waddelow’s Needlework Basket, designer: Ellen Chester
  6. Cross-Stitch & Needlework, Patriotic Angel Tote, designer: Joan Elliott
  7. The Stitching Parlor, Liberty Tin Sewing Box, designer: Clara L Blalock
  8. Little House Needleworks, Traveling Stitcher, designer: Diane Williams
  9. Raise the Roof Designs, Christmasland (5parts), designer: Theresa Venette
  10. The Prairie Schooler, Christmas Eve, designer: Pamela Byrd Smith.
  11. Lee Albrecht Designs, Beautiful Bag, designer: Lee Albrecht
  12. Portarrollos, designer: Mamen Carpacar.
  13. Brooke’s Books Publishing, Hannah The Happy, designer: Brooke Nolan
  14. Black Bird Designs, Wild Rose Journal, designer: Alma Allen
  15. Les grilles de Maryse, Stitcher’s Tray, Maryse

I hope everyone has a wondrous great New Years Eve and a Happy New Year.

March

April

I joined the Totally Useless SAL on Dragon My Needle this is my first post but it is my second picture. I forgot to post last month so the first picture is for March I was stitching VS "Where Stitchers Gather" and the second picture is for April 26 I was stitching the Kogin in dark mauve pearl. It looks like I did more stitching in March but I think I more ribbits. LOL
