HoE Halloween Exchange for Edgar

Edgar received his exchange so I will post my first pictures of my stitching. I fell in love with the Quaker Cat from Workbasket but my LNS was out of any orange linen. So I found some 40 count linen in my stash and dyed it with Rit liquid Tangerine to match some black and orange fabric to make a floss holder. I really enjoyed learning to stitching one over one and Edgar liked it so I think it was a sucess.

Very nice job and with original linen too! Edgar is sure to be thrilled with your piece. I'm glad you've started blogging, it can be time consuming if you let it, but totally worth every minute. Learning and sharing with other needleworkers is the best.
